Board of Directors
Trinity Music Group is governed by three directors. Its bylaws require the board to meet quarterly, with provision for special meetings and decisions by written consent.
Chairman & President
Min Yong Park
Leads the organization's outreach to schools and colleges, artistic review of venues, and partnership discussions. Responsible for the website and public communications.
Vice Chairman & Treasurer
Joshua Ahn
Responsible for the organization's finances and reporting, funding research, and venue and supplier arrangements. The fiscal year ends 31 December.
Secretary & Artistic Director
Sungkyu Kim
Responsible for governance records and for artistic direction: repertoire standards, program design, and the review of performers and venues.
Trinity Music Group is a nonprofit corporation registered in Texas and operating under bylaws that include a conflict of interest policy and prohibit lending money to directors, officers or employees. The bylaws require quarterly board meetings.
